By accessing and using the Customer Service Portal (“Portal”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Authorized Use: The Customer Service Portal is provided solely as a resource for active customers of House of Floors, Inc. Access is intended only for customers with an active account for the purpose of viewing account information, managing orders, and communicating with customer service.

Account Activity Requirement: Portal access is maintained for accounts that remain active.
If an account is inactive for forty-five (45) consecutive days, access to the Portal—and any associated customer data within the Portal—may be suspended or removed.

Restoration of Access: Customers whose access has been suspended due to inactivity may restore their Portal access by:
Placing a new order with House of Floors, Inc.
After completion of the installation for that order, the account will be reinitialized and Portal access reinstated. Please note: Placing an order and then canceling it will not restore Portal access.

Data Availability: House of Floors, Inc. makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of information within the Portal. However, data stored in the Portal may be modified, archived, or removed in accordance with internal data management practices.
